I didn't have enough time to make something, so I went ahead and just dropped some blue gradients and started smearing, hehe.

Yeah, go ahead. Just nothing like renders, brushes, and stuff like that. And by brushes I mean like vectors and things that are already made. You may use the default brushes with your graphic software such as like the 1px brush ect.
