In this tutorial, I'll show you how to make a bulleye target. =3
1. Make a new picture by 200X250. Make sure the layer is transparent. You should get this.
2. Go to the Ellipse Select tool and make a circle inside of the picture.
3. Go to the bucket tool and make sure your Foreground color is white.
4. Then, fill in the circle with the paint bucket. You should get this.
5. Now, go to the layers toolbar and make sure the opacity is 100%. Lower it to 50%.
6. Repeat steps 1-5 with these colors, red followed by a blue. After that, you're done!
Outcome:
1. Make a new picture by 200X250. Make sure the layer is transparent. You should get this.
